Some new space has been made available in Dr Shroff’s Charity Eye Hospital, with its bare white walls crying out for a reflection of life in the building and its surroundings. The paintings and 200 eyepatches, made by the retinoblastoma patients, now hang in a perspex box behind the main desk. These are followed by a large full colour portrait of Dr Shroff himself as you enter the new space.

The walls are home to photographs which showcase the surrounding Daryaganj, where the trainees are from, as well as the magic happening within these walls. Now brought to life.
